Advertisers can reach out to our membership of over 400 local dentists through our monthly e-newsletter, online classifieds, or a promotional email to our membership. Through your advertisements, you can drive targeted traffic to your website, increase brand awareness, and promote events. Policy
All ads will be reviewed by the DC Dental Society Staff.
Advertisements deemed to be in conflict with the ADA Principles of Ethics and Code of Conduct will not be accepted. Additionally, advertisements found to be offensive, discriminatory, promoting bigotry, or engaging in personal attacks will be refused.
How to Place a Display Ad
Complete the Display Advertisement Submission Form below in order to place an ad with the Society. Once you submit your ad, DCDS Staff will review it for approval. Please allow up to THREE business days for approval. Once your ad has been approved and payment has been received more than three days prior to the first of the month, your ad will be run either in the next monthly e-newsletter for 30 days. If payment is received less than three days prior to the first of the month or after the first of the month, your ad will appear in the following month's e-newsletter if you opted to have it in the e-newsletter.
If you ad is not approved, you will be contacted via email with more information. If you would like to renew an ad that you've already submitted without making changes, please contact info@dcdental.org. If you wish to make changes to the ad, you will need to resubmit your ad through the online form.

Policy
Before submitting a new classified advertisement, please review existing ads to see the general posting format. Classifieds will be updated weekly each Monday or as quickly as possible thereafter. All ads will be reviewed and are subject to editing by the DC Dental Society Staff.

Promotional Email to Membership
DCDS is comprised of approximately 450 members, including active dentists, new dentists, and recent graduates. We will send a one-time promotional email on behalf of the purchaser, except to those who have asked to “opt out” of unsolicited mailings.DCDS accepts orders for promotional emails under certain conditions. We reserve the right to review all information to be emailed to our members or affiliates and to reject orders that do not meet the standards of the Society. Each order will be reviewed to determine if the materials to be emailed will benefit our membership either professionally, personally, or both.

How to Order a Promotional Email to Membership
Complete the Promotional Email Submission Form below in order for DCDS to send an email to our membership on your behalf. Once you submit your form, DCDS Staff will review it for approval and send a payment link. Please allow up to THREE business days for approval. Once your submission has been approved and payment has been received, DCDS will create an email blast and send to you for approval. When you have approved our email, DCDS will send the email blast to our membership on your behalf.
