Past Monthly Meetings

The DCDS offers regular, complimentary CE programming to its members each year between September and May. Monthly meetings are usually on the second Tuesday of the month (depending on holidays and other events). In addition to learning the latest innovations and techniques in dentistry from world-renowned speakers from across the country, DCDS monthly meetings give attendees an opportunity to share ideas, information and network with one another. Nonmembers may attend DCDS monthly meetings for a small fee.

About the Speakers:

Chaz Feitel

Chaz has been a real estate salesperson with HPRG since the spring of 2013. He has assisted over 50 start-up medical and dental practices with their leases or sales negotiations, including many more practice acquisitions and leases renewals for established doctors and dentists over that time span. Chaz’s listing portfolio includes over 400,000 square feet of medical office space for lease in the Northern Virginia, D.C., and Maryland markets.

His experience working with both landlords and tenants makes him very efficient and fair when navigating the leasing and sales negotiating process. His tenant-representation experience has also given him access to both national and local medical specialty vendors capable of providing his clients with tailored and quality professional service. Chaz is a 2012 graduate of Penn State University.

Ralph Miller:

Ralph served for 12 years in the United States Navy as a Submarine Officer. He was stationed on board the USS CALIFORNIA as a Division Officer, was an Associate Professor of Naval Science at the University of Missouri, and served four years in the Middle East as an Liaison Team Leader and an Operations Manager.

Ralph joined HPRG as a Sales Associate in the summer of 2022. He has focused on working with dentists and has sold several dental condos and helped multiple dentists find a space for their next dental practice. Ralph is focusing on tenant and landlord representation across the Dmv area.

Ralph graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Systems Engineering. He also received his MBA in Finance from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business. Ralph is an avid athlete and earned the title of All-American in Collegiate Boxing during his time at the Naval Academy. He has also ran three marathons, several half-marathons, and countless Spartan/Tough Mudder races. He has his license in sky-diving and open ocean SCUBA. Ralph has a beautiful wife and a new baby boy.
