Have you considered mentoring as part of your practice plan or a mentorship to ownership path? Dr. Suzanne Ebert, Vice President of Dental Practice & Relationship Management, will share keys to identifying the right practice and will take your questions on practice transitions.
Session 2: Integration Station: How dentists work together for smooth and successful transitions
Description: Dr. Suzanne Ebert, Vice President of Dental Practice & Relationship Management, will share the keys to building an integration plan. Learn about the stages and steps that are most challenging for dentists and the areas critical to long-term success for the doctors and the practice.
