Session 1: Teeth, Tools and Technology – A Holistic Approach to Cybersecurity
You have set up a great team of professionals at your practice and have been trusted with important data. But sometimes you need a specialist to take care of a critical issue - cybersecurity is one of those issues. During this presentation, we will discuss various techniques for safe browsing, email security, strong passwords, social media security, artificial intelligence (AI), password managers, multi-factor authentication, and much more.
Learning Objectives Session 1:
- The importance of training your entire organization on how to recognize and avoid threats
- The differences between a cybersecurity company and an IT company
- Learn how to protect yourself from a cyberattack by implementing technologies that your IT company is not providing
- Understand why small and medium-size practices are constantly falling victim to ransomware attacks
- Review real-world case studies of practices hit by devastating ransomware attacks
Session 2: The Human Factor – Training Your Team to Combat Cyber Threats
Human error remains one of the biggest vulnerabilities in cybersecurity. Training your doctors and staff to recognize and respond to cyber threats effectively is critical. This webinar will cover best practices for cybersecurity in your practice, including how to recognize red flags, effective password management, implementing an ongoing training program, etc.
Learning Objectives Session 2:
- Ransomware - Understand what it is and the impact it can have on your practice – regardless of if you are Cloud-based or have your own server(s).
- Cutting-Edge Security Techniques - Learn advanced methods for secure web browsing, email protection, and password practices, including the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based antivirus technology.
- Empowering Your Team - Discover the importance of equipping your entire team with the knowledge to identify and avoid potential security breaches. Understand the critical differences between cybersecurity and IT services.
- Advanced Defense Strategies – Understand how to secure your practice against cyberattacks with technologies that go beyond conventional IT solutions. Learn how to implement a 'trust but verify' approach by engaging third-party experts to conduct ongoing security analysis.
